1). Unit #1 doesn't even turn on and show anything upon plugging it in.
2). When we plug it in the screen blinks in and out and never gets past a setup menu... I'd love a service call to fix this! I desperately need this to work by Thursday morning.
Am I confused that there isn't as simple as just plugging in the power and an HDMI chord? What am I missing ?
